Looking like an older Kara + a white costume + short hair + a chest window like the one that Kon retroactively wishes he'd stared at a lot less now that he knows she's an alternate version of his cousin + being more muscular = someone he already knows that isn't Kara.

It just looks like Power Girl had a costume update, that's all. Something he would not be shocked about given the whole world rebooted while he was in the Gem dimension.
It's great, actually! They could use more Supers.
Not that it's obvious Kon is one right now. After he and Robin went unaligned and disappeared into the woodwork, Tim'd been anxious about the Alliance having clear shots of his face (since he never wore a mask as Superboy) and knowing what costume it was paired with. Sooo alongside the usual el dorko glasses out of costume, that means a new costume that only has a shield sort of reminiscent of Kal's. And he's going by "Guardian." And now he wears one of Tim's spare domino masks.
The domino mask has white lenses covering the eyes, so that means she can't see some familiar baby blues in an identical shade to the Man of Steel's.
He lets the robot parts drop and targets another 'bot. The Alliance said they weren't sentient.
