Responsive, yes. With it, not exactly. She's still bent double over one of his arms, but he's not about to set her down until she's steadier than she is now. The roof is safe enough for now, but that may not last long, and he's not about to leave her to her own devices until she can handle danger.

(Which means he may well just be keeping her with him until the danger dies down or they reach someplace that's actually safe.)

"We're still in the city, on a roof. You're safe enough for now." A pause. "Your friend has been worried about you." Hopefully the fluffy thing can help wake her up a little more.
