Descending from the skies of Excelsior is Lex Luthor donning a simplistic powered armor in green and purple. The technology here on this world was all over the place, thus what he made was not like what he had back on his world. That being said, it was enough for for him to make his grand debut.
“I have been able to find and recruit various people to build makeshift homes with power and amenities. While these “heroes” go about trying to solve this “problem”, I’m here to make sure all of you is safe from the danger!”
Oddly, despite being from another world, these people are cheering for him. You can feel something off, like you’re being prompt to agree with Luthor. Mind control?

Luthor’s gotten around to setting up a new expansion to Lexcorp on this world, using Central City as a base and planning to expand.
However, not everything has gone well. Someone somehow stole one of Luthor’s powered armors and went on a rampage, only for you to stop him and return the armor.
“Thank you for your… help. I’m sure I could have stopped him with less force. I’ll have you know that if you went too rough, you will have destroyed a prototype armor I was designing for Excelsior’s police.”
