As for the "choosing sides" deal, I mean, that's also kind of part of how things have always worked in the sentient mind. There's "good" and there's "bad" and people overlook the "in-between" or don't trust anything that's not committed to one side or the other. Typical.

I'm with you though, neutral is the best way to go when you can't exactly trust the sides presented. Harder route, unfair only because the pressing sides make it so.
