He isn't one for science fiction or fantasy but somehow knowing what's going to happen seems like a terrible idea. She said she saw him a few hours before, so he isn't dead, but something must have happened to him to make her so confused by his behavior. So perhaps it would be a good idea to know what will happen to potentially steer things onto a better path when he gets back. But does that mean that he's from an alternate timeline from this Holiday and that anything she tells him won't mean anything anyway? After all, he's been here for close to a year, but she says he's been there the whole time. How could he be in two places at once?]
