( he makes sense to himself, some of the time. it's fine if tim tracks him, as long as jason knows where those trackers are and can remove them if he needs to run. it's fine if they know where he spends most of his time, as long as they don't know the space he calls home. and it's fine if tim does, because tim knows how to keep a secret, even in a family full of detectives. tim knowing means kon knows, too, but jason--figures kon won't tell unless jason fucks up tim. which if he did, he'd deserve whatever came to him anyway.
