Will's optimism is inspiring, at least. Apollo fully believes they can figure it out together.

Then he hears the sounds from the forest.

Apollo turns his head toward the noise. He doesn't recognize the sound of the animal — That's more his sister's expertise — but with its deep growl and heavy footfalls, it doesn't sound friendly. Frightened goosebumps sweep across his skin, but Apollo steps between Will and the forest, pulling his bow and an arrow from his back.

"Sounds like we need to get ready to run."
