We've all done the plurk memes, we know what characters we would absolutely kill to have in game. Now it's time to do a proper sell. What characters are you just dying to have join us? Pick some of your favorite gifs, screenshots, panels and more and sell sell sell! Really let people know why they should be in the game. You never know, you just might entice someone to pick up the canon to play them just for you.

We're encouraging everyone to think beyond just what castmates they hope to find! Your most desired cross-canon CR is also on the table. Really sell your dreams here!

We'd like to open up the floor for players to app short term villains. While we're still looking into the easiest way to handle these - be it a new form on the plotting post or a truncated app - we'd like to get the ball rolling and see how much interest there is.

SHORT TERM VILLAINS

We get it. There are some castmates you're dying to have that simply wouldn't work as long term characters. So here's the space to try to coax someone into playing them as a short-term villain. These are characters that exist for the sake of a plot and will usually be dropped once it reaches its conclusion.

These plots can be big enough to shake the foundations of the game. Or they could be quiet, CR driven plots that are meant to kickstart character development.

You are welcome to continue playing the character if you discover they'd be fun to play fun long-term! However this isn't expected!

Characters Wanted: Audrey II, aka Twoey, from the Little Shop Of Horrors
Who are they?: The main antagonist ! It's a plant requires human blood (and flesh) to survive, which comes from outer space and wants to conquer the world by spreading many little Twoeys around. They are a really good singer too.
What ideas do you have for this character?: Basically, attack of the hungry singing plants who want to take over the world. I have ZERO interest in making my character the main hero, I simply would LOVE to have this villain showing up and causing havoc because the concept of singing carnivorous plants trying to conquer the world is so much fun to me. It's a pretty easy concept tbh, but given that Twoey can spread around seedlings, it could work for potential future plots IDK.

Characters Wanted: Clark Kent (INJUSTICE EDITION)
Who are they?: Injustice's Superman is a man ruled by fear. He is a totalitarians dictator who has subjugated the world in the name of keeping it "safe".
What ideas do you have for this character?: In my opinion, Clark would look at the guild system and have a complete conniption fit. He'd decide it has to be destroyed, and all self-identified villains either killed or permanently imprisoned.

I think this could be a FASCINATING plot where he attempts a coup, gathering other like-minded individuals (while leaving off what his ultimate plans are since Heroes Not Killing is a problem for him) to assist him in ripping the structures of this world apart. Granted, he probably wouldn't succeed! But the fallout for the rest of the game would be very interesting.

and i'm also biased as hell and would love damian to finally get some closure on his space dad maybe not being the best person in the world

Who are they?: TEDDY IS THE KING OF SPACE. also he has an extremely loving husband who will one day be god, come on. also, tommy would be arriving into relationship drama and a twin ready to protect him at all cost, PLUS an AU version of his mom!!!!

Who are they?: they're dumb teen boys who have hearts of gold but will also fight you for the last waffle please app them she misses them very much.

Characters Wanted: Kraven the Hunter (specifically the USG version!)
Who are they?: I know this wouldn't work in a million years, but I would lose my mind if anyone ever apped the USG version of Kraven. He genuinely tries to become a better person and leave the supervillain stuff behind by hunting poachers and protecting endangered animals (like dinosaurs in the savage land, that's a thing!) This characterization lasted all of five minutes, because comics.
Enough talking, show us the goods: I need you all to know that Kraven drives a custom airbrushed van called the Kra-Van, this is very important and is 90% of the reason for this post
